Rides depart weekdays mornings from the South parking lot of North Shore Pool. These rides typically take 4th St. South to Pinellas Point then North on 31st through Lakewood's St. Petersburg CC golf course before turning North for home on 9th street..

This loop described normally amounts to 18 miles with three optional sprint points on Pinellas Point, at the end of the golf course and past "Thrill Hill" coming home. One or more controlled "Spin" rides (slower speeds, no sprints) often depart at 8:15 am.

A "Fast" ride with no speed limit and averages of 25+ mph departs at 8:30 am.

The routes and speeds do vary - determined by the riders who attend. All rides are "Show and Go".
