1. Wear a helmet;

2. Obey all traffic laws;

3. Do not use aerobars in the group rides;

4. Point & call obstacles;

5. Point & call turns;

6. Do not wear headphones;

7. Be Alert & In Control of your bike at all times;

8. Be courteous to everyone (cyclists, motorists, & pedestrians) and respect all members;

9. Do not overlap wheels while riding in a single or double column;

10. Do not change your travel line without confirming that your left (or right) rear quarter is clear.
