In case you missed the past two Saturday rides, here's a copy of the Quick Guide to Bicycle Regulations as prepared by the St Petersburg Police Department Bicycle Committee 3-23-00. An officer has stopped by and handed out this pamphlet. He has also mentioned that the current fine for running a red light is over $200 (don't quote me, but I think he stated $231). Read on.
